This is a really simple and delicious recipe to make when you
need a fast easy meal.
Ingredients
2 salmon tails
4 tablespoons mango chutney
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons cream for cooking (low fat)
chives
Method
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Place the salmon tails in an oiled
oven proof dish.
Mix together the mango chutney, lemon juice and
cream. Spread generously over the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with chives.
